"Hey, I'm not evil! I'm good, really... just with a twist." ~ Jimmy Casket

~~~~~
WARNING! The following theory goes against everything you may know about Jimmy Casket. Read with caution.
Hey guys! Here is the third part of my Jimmy Casket theory! It's a little quicker than the last one because the picture was already drawn and all I had to do was go back and edit the text for any mistakes X3
For those who don't know the drill, this theory is based on the videos as well as real life situations, consequences, and psychology. Meaning, real-world science and studies are going to be used to help fill in the gaps to this theory. Also, as a note for my followers, this theory does go in hand with the overall GMod storyline for my FanFic-turned-novel series for VenturianTale. For anyone who’s completly new and has no idea what I'm talking about, you can find more information about the FanFic/novel series here:
fallenshadow95.deviantart.com/…
Since this theory is about a character from a game that is continuously giving us new information about the character, this theory is subject to change in the future. So far it has held up for about two years, so I think its a pretty stable right now.
And no, this is NOT the entire theory. The original theory revolving around Jimmy directly was so long that I had to split it into four parts. And yes, I am still writing it. I also now have to draw two more pictures for this, which means that the next upload is probably going to take a while to complete.
For those who want a refresh about way that this theory is set up, here it is: There are going to be four uploads, this being the first one. In each upload will be four sections. This makes eight sections in total. Seven of these sections will contain a statement or point that will be explained and supported using evidence from actual VenturianTale videos and real life science and studies. The last section, which will be located in the next upload, will contain a summary and the actual full theory. So, in short, this upload here will just be two points that are backed up with different types of evidence that will  eventually lead up to the actual full theory. In this upload we will be discussing the good side of Jimmy's character.
These sections are a lot longer than the last uploads, so do make sure that you have enough time to read them before starting.
~~~~~

  1. Jimmy Casket has some form of killer-based trauma, which is why he appears to be mentally unstable and/or insane. This is also why he generally acts the way he does in the videos.

The popular belief of nearly every fan is the idea that Jimmy Casket is a mindless, bloodthirsty killer that slaughters anyone he comes across only for the fun of it. The problem with this idea is that there is a lot of evidence that hints to him NOT being the insane killing machine everyone seems to make him out to be. In fact, there is evidence that states the complete opposite.

If I told you that Jimmy could actually be a victim himself, would you believe me? Yes? No? Maybe so? Let me explain. This section will provide a reason for why Jimmy is slightly (ha-ha majorly) insane and how his backstory as Sally’s brother ties into why he kills.

Jimmy lives in a dimension where any and every paranormal being is hated. This is shown in nearly every video done by the siblings. Any character that is considered paranormal is instantly rejected by the others, hunted and shot down, or kicked out of the dimension entirely. This is seen in every P.I.E. ghost hunt video and various Acachalla roleplay videos.

Point being: demons are paranormal entities, which puts Jimmy and Sally BOTH on the to-be-disposed-of radar.

Why is this relevant? Well, this is the perfect explanation for Jimmy’s secret. He doesn’t want anyone knowing what he truly is or else people like P.I.E would know exactly what they are dealing with. It would be easier for someone to catch him and do who-knows-what to him if they knew he was a demon. Furthermore, if no one knows who or what he truly is then Jimmy would have the perfect advantage over anyone who would want to harm him. It would be like a game of chase to Jimmy: give the authorities hints, but never let them know the truth. It’s brilliant, really.

One thing that you guys may say against this is the fact that Jimmy is supposedly a being who heals rapidly and can’t truly die. Why would he even care if anyone knew what he was? They wouldn’t be able to get rid of him easily even if they did know. So, why keep the secret?

 Well, think about this: if someone found out about Jimmy, then wouldn’t there be a possibility of them finding out about Sally as well? For those of you who say, “But PIE already knows about Sally!” I’d like to point out that both Johnnies always seem to forget about it or never look into anything paranormal involving the Acachalla’s. There is actually a real reason for both Sally’s protection and Ghost’s forgetfulness, but it will be explained later. Another point that I would like to make is this: What would happen, in real-world terms, to a person who can’t die if he/she was ever captured by a group of people who are bent on destroying or kicking out people like him/her from their world? Just… let that thought settle in for a moment. Really think about it, and let all the terrible thoughts sink in.

Heh…No wonder Jimmy would want to keep his identity a secret...

Now that we know a bit of background about the dimension, let’s get on with the theory. If Jimmy was killed by his own mother as a young child, then he would have gained some form of mental trauma. If he went into a rage that killed everyone in his family, then he would have a lot of mental scars once he snapped out of it. This is actually a real side-effect to killing, as stated in this quote from an online article by Psychology Today.

“Killing is often misrepresented in film as far easier than it is… Being responsible for ending the life of another human is a significant source of trauma; trauma that is compounded by factors such as proximity to the victim and the type of weapon used.”

The article can be read fully here: www.psychologytoday.com/blog/t…

This explains why Jimmy appears to have ranging levels of insanity at times. As a young child who killed his family with a knife or even his own bare (or clawed) hands, he would’ve had to hurt each one of them at close-range. There is a very real possibility that he would’ve remembered ripping everyone apart once the threat was over. The following quote from the same article mentioned before also fits into this.

 “…actually seeing the face of the victim also plays a key role in the trauma experienced. Seen in descriptions of executions throughout history, the accused is often forced to wear a hood to protect executioners and others from actually seeing the face, dehumanizing the individual, making the act of killing the person less traumatic… The type of weapon used also plays a role. Grossman found that the closer the target was situated before using a weapon, the higher the psychological repercussions…”

Jimmy knew the people he killed—they were his family—and he would’ve killed them at close range with no control over his actions, meaning that the level of trauma would’ve been the highest he could’ve gotten. The mental weight of knowing that you killed everyone you’ve ever cared about would’ve definitely been enough fuel to have knocked a few screws loose in Jimmy’s brain, especially since he would’ve been so young at the time.

Jimmy’s response would’ve been purely instinctual. If Jimmy was killed and his demon side agitated, he would’ve killed his mother out of self-defense once he “respawned”. Caught in a state of unclear thinking, it is possible Jimmy would’ve gone after the rest of the family due to his demon side wanting the entire threat to be neutralized. That half of him would just keep bugging and bugging him to the point of being unbearable, and soon controlling, until he completely lost it and did it. Base demon-instinct fighting with his human side would’ve also amplified the fracturing of his mind once he returned to “normal”.

In a quote from a scientific article on killology.com (ha-ha ironic, right?), the scientific side of this response is described in full detail. Here is the main quote I’d like you all to see. However, there is A LOT more information on the website that would benefit you to read in order to understand the full implications of such an instinctual response. (Website can be found here: www.killology.com/print/print_…)

“To fully comprehend what happens to an individual in such a circumstance we have to realize that sympathetic nervous system (SNS) activation has become completely ascendant, shutting down…Furthermore, and most importantly, a frightened or angry individual has a shutdown of the forebrain, resulting in a powerful midbrain… which is purely and absolutely focused on one thing: survival. One result of this is that the midbrain (which is a relatively simple mechanism, incapable of denial or transference) says “Hey! Something very bad just happened, figure out what it is and don’t ever let ‘it’ happen again!””

This way of thinking would most likely have been amplified by Jimmy’s demonic nature, meaning that he wouldn’t have any control of his outside actions at all. Caught in the moment he would’ve just reacted; and like a cornered animal, he would lash out against whatever was threatening him.

The trauma of this reaction actually explains how Jimmy got his obsession. Death was the first thing that his demonic side came into contact with, making the act of killing a focal point of its existence within Jimmy (because as I’ve theorized, Jimmy’s dad was a demon and his mother was a human, making Jimmy half of both). As people found out about how the family was killed, people would question why Jimmy was the only one who survived. If little Jimmy was ever found out or threatened, his demon side would make him respond instinctually—meaning that he would’ve killed them.

The more people he killed, then the more scrambled Jimmy’s mind would become. It is possible that this is the reason he began looking for emotions in his victims. It would’ve been due to Jimmy’s own emotional turmoil. As time went on, Jimmy would’ve become more and more detached with his emotions in the face of killing, and it is entirely possible that he had slowly become fascinated by everyone else’s reactions in the face of their own death. He’d eventually become the type of person who wouldn’t flinch when he had to “pull the trigger” on someone, and he would slowly begin to not care if any innocent person was caught in the crossfire of his demonic half. They would just become an added bonus to scare and if they died, then oh well, one less potential person who could ruin his life.

Additionally, his fractured mental state would’ve contributed to who he kills in the moment. High levels of insanity could’ve caused him to begin to like killing to agree, even if at first it wasn’t intended, which explains Jimmy’s glee whenever he is successful in his kills. Actually, this love for killing could’ve been a way for his mind to cope with everything that was happening to him. And again, Jimmy’s demonic side would’ve definitely been a large factor in making him see killing as good instead of bad, especially if it is justified with an initial good reason.

This fracture occurring when he was a child also explains why Jimmy often refers to his killings as a “game”. His personality may be insane, but one can’t deny that Jimmy acts very much like a tricky little kid even though he clearly isn’t. With his family gone coupled with him being left abandoned by his dad (who most likely left WAAAY before Jimmy went into all-out rage-mode), Jimmy wouldn’t have had the incentive to grow up. This perfectly explains his tricky, childlike behavior. This also references one of Jimmy’s “fake” secrets when he says: “I don’t know how to read!” because he wouldn’t have gone to school to learn how to read properly, considering how young he would’ve been when all of this happened. In fact Jimmy reacts to everything in a childish light, often throwing tantrums, getting overly excited or sad over silly things, and many times talking about and processing the situation in a way that a young child would.

Now here is where things take a much darker turn. This is where Jimmy can be seen as a true victim of hurt. Think about this: Why would his mom only want to kill Jimmy for not cleaning his room? I know that this is VenturianTale logic, and that this was a Deathmatch video, so not cleaning up his room is a passable excuse. But I am not satisfied with that. You guys should know me by now. I love bringing real world situations, facts, and ideas into these theories in order to make for a complete storyline.

I have an idea based on the overall story shared between each character of GMod. This idea is based heavily on the information from the beginning of this section about the dimension Jimmy is in, and it is not a happy one.

Both Jimmy and Sally share the same dad but different mothers. I’m guessing that his dad was some type of demon and his mother was a normal human. What if Jimmy’s biological mother hadn’t known about Jimmy’s abilities beforehand and once she found out that he was a literal demon child, wanted to kill him because of it? Or perhaps she did, but never let it bother her because it had never become a problem before? Either way, once Jimmy showed signs of being dangerous (having shot a man accidently, as stated in the video where he was killed as a child), his mother most likely would’ve felt threatened herself, and probably a little scared, too.

This would’ve been due to the universal stigma of paranormal = bad. Remember, Jimmy’s dimension hates paranormal beings, and usually paints them in an evil light. This would make everyone in that dimension instantly afraid of anything paranormal. If his mother was fearful for her own life, then there is a very real possibility that she would’ve attempted to kill Jimmy in order to preserve herself. This logic about how the environment and beliefs of a group could affect individual human decisions and behavior is actually explained rather nicely on killology.com in this quote:

“Thus, 400,000 Americans will die slow, hideous, horrible, preventable deaths this year, due to cigarettes, but that does not generally change their behavior. Yet the presence of just one serial killer in a city can change the behavior of the entire city. Just the distant possibility of interpersonal confrontation distresses us more and influences our behavior more than the statistical certainty of a slow hideous death from cancer (Grossman, 1996, 77)…More than anything else in life, it is the potential for intentional, overt, human confrontation that has the greatest ability to modify and influence the behavior of human beings (DSM-III-R).”

The serial killer would metaphorically be the paranormal beings of GMod in this case. When one of them does something wrong, everyone is set on edge in the city/town. On top of that, the rest of the paranormal entities end up getting the same blame, too. This is because the public sees only the wrong. For instance, just look at our own world’s new channels. You turn on the TV and the news reporter says, “Good morning!” and then proceeds to tell you why it’s not. Nearly every report is about something negative happening in the world, and rarely are any good highlights shown. We never hear anything good about anything these days—because the good doesn’t make for a good story.

And good does not get anyone anywhere. All it takes is for one person to think something negative, like a discriminating stereotype of a social group (take today’s persistent racial stereotypes for instance), and soon everyone is thinking about it. This in turn will change the behavior of everyone towards that certain group.

I believe that this is the situation of our paranormal “ghosts”, including little Jimmy, because in his dimension, paranormal people are labeled as dangerous. And now you know just how popular opinions and beliefs can affect ones choices and actions—even those of the ones being blamed or alienated. Because, as someone once said, “If your treated like a monster long enough, you become one.”

          2. Jimmy Casket is NOT a bloodthirsty villian and he may even be a good guy.

The common idea that many people have about Jimmy being a psychopathic murderer may not be as true as they believe. Remember what I said at the beginning? Well, what if I told you that Jimmy was actually a good guy? Heh, I know what you’re thinking: there is no way that this could possibly be true. He likes killing! He’s killed so many innocent people and is even shown to have killed people outside of the murder Gamemode! How could Jimmy possibly be a good guy?-!

To which I say: it all depends on whose side you’re on. We usually see things from P.I.E.’s point of view, which means that many of us believe that entities such as Jimmy are evil and destructive by nature. But once you break down the political and social parts of this conflict, as well as the actual actions of both sides, one realizes that some of the “ghosts” aren’t as bad as P.I.E. makes them out to be. Compared to some of the things that P.I.E. has done, these “ghost’s” actions usually aren’t that bad. In fact, many of these ghosts never even do anything wrong to begin with. But we’re only here to talk about Jimmy, which means that that theory will have to be addressed at a later time.

Ok, this is gonna be a big thing to explain and prove. Pay close attention now. We are finally at the fun part. We’ve already discussed the main beliefs that people of Jimmy’s dimension have so I won’t go into detail about that again. What I’d like to bring back to mind is something else I mentioned earlier. Since people don’t like paranormal beings, they are often hunted down and thrown out of the dimension (or worse…). These are usually the entities that gain the attention of authorities such as P.I.E. and are usually the ones meddling with humans or human affairs.

If Jimmy knew about how his mother was influenced by the image of other entities, Jimmy would view them as a threat, too. Seeing as Jimmy himself was an entity, he would know automatically that not everyone like him was completely evil. It is very likely that Jimmy would’ve decided to kill any entities that he deemed to be “evil” or “dangerous” for both himself and others. This means that he’d only target the entities that would have been causing trouble for humans or “normals”. The logic to this is: If the entities are troublesome for humans, then the humans would be troublesome for Jimmy and others like him. Therefore, both on a mental and instinctual level, as well as having a past related to the influences of “evil” entities, Jimmy would’ve had enough incentive to try and kill anything he thought was “bad”.

The problem is that this logic wouldn’t be limited to only entities. It is very likely that anybody who is bad in Jimmy’s point of view would be killed, including humans. Especially if any humans found out that he was the one who killed his family. If they attacked him, then he would view these “bad” humans as threatening and would attack them as well. This actually has a really high probability of happening, going from Jimmy’s overall behavior towards everyone.

What I will do here is give factual evidence that supports the idea that Jimmy is not a mindless killer. For example, even if his demon side does take over and he ends up killing an innocent in the process, it would not be intentional because in theory, he wouldn’t have been aware of it. Kind of like how Sally becomes murderous one moment and then calm the next depending on how much her demon side is affecting her due to her obsession over waffles. However, at this point in his life, Jimmy would not be the kind of person who would deeply care if an innocent is caught in the crossfire—hence why many people have been led to believe that he is evil. But it’s not so much that he doesn’t care completely (because it has been shown that he does care a little), he just wouldn’t worry about it or let it get to him (at least not outwardly).

Jimmy is still half human, so psychology-wise he would have a reserve for not wanting to directly kill humans. The same could be said about his demon side, which would make him slightly more reluctant to kill his own kind (which half-way explains his generally peaceful interactions with Sally despite his insaneness). Usually, Jimmy would use his insane personality and abilities to find out about anyone or anything he considered to be “bad” before hunting and killing them. This means that he’d try to scare the murderer and any guilty entity or person out of hiding. Either that or he’d know who the person was already but couldn’t outright attack them for some reason or another and risk someone else getting killed (though this reserved behavior would depend on how “insane” he was and how much his demon side is influencing him at the moment). This means that, logically, Jimmy would try to single out his target to make it easier for him to attack, both mentally and literally. He has demonstrated something similar to this on multiple occasions, shouting out names of who he believes to be the murderer and getting people to do as he wishes. Believe it or not, this would and has minimized the number of true innocent casualties. Additionally, there is actually scientific reasoning for why he might do this from the same Psychology Today article.

“In animals as well as in humans, it is more natural to make attempts to initially frighten an enemy. Known as posturing, the hope is that the target of the attack will retreat, and death will therefore be avoided. Even a rattlesnake, that will kill a human without hesitation, will avoid killing another rattlesnake where possible. Posturing was readily adopted by soldiers in both World Wars resulting in 80 to 85% of soldiers firing their weapons into the air above the enemy’s head rather than directly at them.”

Both Jimmy’s human and demon side are based mostly on instinct and a broken mind at this point, correct? So he would follow his instincts and thus would instinctively want to keep as many people alive as he could, even if he outwardly wouldn’t really care if an innocent was hurt. What the quote above (and the rest of the article) basically states is that it’s a base animal instinct to keep others of your same species alive so that the population won’t suffer. This explains why Jimmy can be both good and bad. He automatically doesn’t want to harm anyone if he doesn’t need to, unless his demon side is in a majority or complete control of his mind. If he was angered and partially or fully controlled by his demon-side, then we would have a problem where he’d be working on demon instinct alone. Meaning that he would react violently to everyone and everything around him, actively seeking to hunt down and kill anyone unlucky enough to become his target.

That, accompanied by a mind that doesn’t really worry about how things work out, Jimmy can understandably slip into a state where innocent killing is unseparated from guilty killing. Jimmy in this light is both dangerous and yet respectable for the power he wields on a daily basis. Now, here is the video evidence to support all of these claims.

An example of the scare-and-kill tactic (the one where he scares someone into killing the bad person) occurs during the Murder "MAJORA'S MASK" - Gmod Murder Siblings 4 video. At 6:34 Jimmy freaks someone out, causing them to shoot at him. He steps out of the way at exactly the right time so that the real murderer is shot. He then says, “Well, that was easy!” as if he knew exactly what he was doing.

Another incident is where he scares the murderer out of hiding at 17:36 during the episode of Murder "DOCTOR WHO" - Gmod Murder Siblings 5.  What happens is this. Jimmy walks into a room and everyone follows him. The person with the gun pulls out his weapon and shouts, “I’m holding this room!”

Jimmy then says to everyone trapped with him, “Hey, wait a minute! You guys are stuck in here with me and you guys don’t have guns!”

What happens next is really strange. The murderer shrieks and makes a break for the door, yelling, “No, wait! Save me! Save me!” The person with the gun shoots and kills the desperately fleeing murderer out of fear, ending the round. Then Jimmy shouts, “Yes! It worked! I scared the murderer out of the room!”

Jordan and the siblings in RL are then confused about this because Cierra (who was playing as the murderer for that round) should have known that Jimmy didn’t have a knife or a gun, therefore he wouldn’t have been able to kill her. In character and story-related terms, why would the murderer have run? I believe that over time, news of Jimmy would’ve gotten around to most of the darker side of the paranormal community. Most of these stories would’ve come from innocents and survivors. It is highly possible that the paranormal side might’ve known what Jimmy was doing. Forewarned, any evil entity that came face-to-face with Jimmy and knew about his intentions would’ve been justifiably scared for their lives. Taking into account the array of abilities Jimmy has, he would have no problem killing any low-level entity—even if it’s with his own bare hands, if necessary.

So, what am I getting at with this? I’m just making my point that Jimmy attacks with a reason. As I’ve stated before, I believe that Jimmy (when not controlled by his demon side) singles out who he believes is “bad”, or is a threat to himself, or whoever does something he thinks is bad before attacking. There is actual video proof of this happening.

At 10:10 of the video titled "SHE WANTS HER WAFFLES!" - Gmod Murder siblings 2, Jimmy says, “You’re selfish…” to someone and then attacks. Once he kills the person he was after you can see him become more insane at his control begins to slip. This explains why he continues after the other bystanders, including Billy himself (actually, there is a reason for the whole Jimmy vs. Billy thing, but I won’t go into detail about that here…). There are numerous occurrences just like this where Jimmy says something that describes the person as “bad” or if the person does something “bad” and then, and only then does Jimmy attack. Another example of this is at 10:13 of the video Murder "THE GOLF!" - Gmod Murder Siblings 8 when Jimmy is peaceful until two people knock over the trash can he was playing with. Upset, Jimmy’s childish, broken mind would’ve viewed these two as “bad” or “fun-killers”, causing him to attack.

For those who say: But, we’ve seen him attack people without being provoked! Doesn’t that disprove your theory?

I say: Not necessarily. Do we actually know who the people Jimmy is going after in these videos actually are? The truth is: we don’t. Who’s to say that these people weren’t evil entities or people? The evidence given by Jimmy’s past, his possible mindset based on real-world psychology, and how he acts during actual videos is the basis for my claims. Also, we need to remember that Jimmy is someone who can easily slip into being “evil” due to his mental state and what he is, which can be another explanation for these other attacks.

As for more evidence about his good-guy traits, let’s look at some things that he’s said. During the third Murder video, Jimmy says at one point (17:30), “He’s the murderer. I can smell it on him…I can smell the blood of innocent people…” Now, this quote doesn’t give much in proving that he is good, but I’d just like to point it out for a few reasons. Notice how Jimmy says it rather accusingly, his voice serious with a darker undertone than normal. Also notice his word choice. If Jimmy was a mindless murderer, why would he use the words “innocent” to describe the blood he smells? Can he actually tell the difference between guilty and innocent blood? For cannon, I have no idea. It would explain how Jimmy is able to pinpoint evil entities and people. Maybe it could be a part of his enhanced demon-smell? It would really come in handy if it was a natural part of his demon side to scent the blood of the guilty. Heh. I guess that would make him kind of like the Grim Reaper of evil doers. Regardless if it’s an actual ability of his or not, it makes for a really cool headcannon—and a really cool thing to ponder over the next time you watch a Murder video.

Now, some of you still may not be convinced that Jimmy only intentionally goes after “evil” people. This is understandable. I’ve only show you the simple evidence, so far.

As I’ve stated before, Jimmy can and has slipped into a full demon mentality so much so that he often switches back and forth from his human-based thinking to demon-based thinking at the turn of a dime. When this happens he most likely wouldn’t have any control or care for the destruction he causes. With demon mentality (as Sally has also shown) Jimmy would’ve gone after his obsession relentlessly, not caring if his targets were innocent or not.

So you ask: Is he truly the good guy, then, if he doesn’t care? What good could he possibly do if he slips into pure evilness himself?

Well, that’s the thing. He does care. Or at least a part of him does. Jimmy it half human, too, remember? There is always going to be a part of him that is going to want to do the right thing. For all intents and purposes, his killings start off with good intentions.

Now, it’s time for some of the more concrete and effective evidence I have for this good-intentioned side of Jimmy. Thirteen minutes into the video called Murder "PINKIE PIE" - Gmod Murder Siblings 7, Jimmy immediately identifies the murderer as the guy with a purple shirt (Isaac). He says and I quote, “Isaac is the murderer… my spider-senses are tingling—like, you have no idea about the amount of tingle I’m feeling…” The fact that he can feel that something is off with this person brings back to mind the idea of him having the ability to tell the blood of the guilty apart from the innocent. He’s actually very adamant about this other person he’s dubbed as “evil”, continuously accusing Isaac if being the killer. It later turns out later that Isaac WAS the murderer. He pulls out the knife and starts chasing the person with the gun, eventually dispatching her.

The entire time Jimmy is running around in the background, shouting, “I told ya! I told ya! I told ya all along! Why… no one ever listens to me!” And then he says, “Hey! Hey, pass the gun to me! I’m a good shot! Pass it to me! Pass it to meee!”

It’s almost as if he wants the killer to come after him instead, because the murderer would’ve gone after the person with the gun. The fact that Jimmy says this is a small indicator of him trying to reduce the casualties. When the person with the gun is killed, the other bystander gets to it before Jimmy. You can see Jimmy actively going for the gun before the other bystander, but is too late. He actually says, “Oh, no!” before jumping back, unable to do anything as the other person is chased down and killed.

He eventually gets the gun and after a bit of a struggle is able to shoot the murderer. What first got me actually thinking about the possibility of a good side of Jimmy is what he says afterwards.

Jimmy: “That was too easy! You kidding, I do that in my sleep! Every night, every night I shoot, I shoot murderers in my sleep. It’s what I do. Me and Batman here, me and Batman, we got something that none of you all got! We got justice on our sides!” *begins to walk away* “Now I want you all to sit down and think about what you’ve done. Think about what you’ve done you bad people. You bad people!”

The reference to Batman is actually really interesting. Both Jimmy and Batman lost their parents at a young age; both show signs of mental instability (even though Batman’s isn’t as severe); and both act as vigilantes that are on iffy terms with the public and officials in the places they live.

It’s the perfect literary allusion.

And this isn’t even the first time Jimmy has mentioned Batman. At 3:46 of the third Murder video, Jimmy mentions Batman again by saying, “You’re not gonna be able to get away! Not this time Batman!” Again, in the third Trouble in Terrorist Town (TTT) game mode, Jimmy appears at around 5:51 and says, “C’mon, is someone coming for me? C’mon, Batman! C’mon and try and take me down…”

This continuous mention of the Dark Hero of Gotham could possibly be a reference to Jimmy’s true intentions and purpose of his actions. Even if his mind becomes scrambled enough for him to kill innocents, the point still stands that he at least tries to attack only the “bad guys”.

Another thing that I’d like to point out is that in the Joker Playermodel Mod, Jimmy automatically targets the Joker, who is the one causing trouble. The Joker has killed people by the time Jimmy shows up and is technically threatening the entire household. Jimmy calls him out and kills him right off the bat. He then goes after Batman. But… notice how he only does this after the other starts shooting at him. (And yeah, I know that he was in Ghost’s body when this happened, but the point still stands. Also, Jimmy being stuck inside Ghost will be explained in a later section.)

In another Trouble in Terrorist Town game mode video titled, TTT SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS Mod! (Trouble in Terrorist Town), the following scene takes place at around 6:50; further emphasizing the idea that Jimmy intentionally goes after evil entities.

Jimmy: Hey, Bethany! Bethany!

Bethany: *asks fearfully* What?

Jimmy: *says in a low voice* You wanna know my secret?

Bethany: No…

Jimmy: *is still talking in a low voice* I have a secret to tell you… *is attacked by Bethany* Ah! NO! Get away from me! *backs up and shoots at her*

Bethany: *is killed*

Jimmy: *eyes widen* ALSO innocent?-! ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW?-!

Bethany: He scared me… He’s in the bathroom!

Jimmy: *throws grenade in bathroom*

Bethany: He’s in the bathroom…

Jimmy: *grenade explodes* *nothing happened*

Cierra: *is already dead and spectating* Umm… is he seriously… Wait, who is it?

Bethany: I’m innocent and so are you…

Jimmy: *is creeping around restaurant* Hey, Isaac… you wanna know my secret?

Isaac: No.

Jimmy: Stab, stab, stab… *gets closer to door* Heh… Stab, stab, stab

Isaac: *peeks out from behind bathroom doorway*

Cierra: You’re the traitor?

Isaac: *runs out, shooting*

Jimmy: *backs up and shoots back* *runs out of ammo* AHHHHH!-!-! NO! *runs away from Isaac* *switches to a pistol and turns back to him* NO!-! *is shot and killed* NOOOO!-!-!

Isaac: *laughs* Ghoooostly Toileeet!!!

Jimmy: I was innocent and wiped out all my friends… :’c

Isaac: I know; you made it easy for me!

Jimmy: *cries*

Isaac: Going in the bathroom was a good idea otherwise you would’ve shot me, too. *laughs*

Bethany: You’re a terrible cop.

Jimmy: *says sadly, with a pout* I’m not terrible; I tried to make the good decisions

Bethany: You fail-wailed.

Jimmy: 8{

What is important about this scene is the fact that Jimmy is apparently here searching for the “evil” traitor intentionally. What makes it related to an evil entity is the fact that Isaac said, “Ghostly Toilet”, a well-known line of the Toilet Toucher, who is an evil paranormal being. In this one scene, we see a glimpse of what Jimmy is really doing. This is why earlier I justified an answer to a question with the idea that even though we don’t really know who these characters Jimmy is going after and killing are, it can be assumed that they are “bad” entities or even humans who are causing harm to the area, such as a real traitor or murderer.

Another piece of video evidence about this is in the GMod EEVEE POKEMON Playermodels! (Garry's Mod) video. Here, Jimmy is actually called into the Acachalla home to get rid of the Toilet Toucher (TT), an entity who is causing trouble again. Jordan actually says, “It’s time to call in… an old friend to help us get rid of the Toilet Toucher. The only one we know that could deal with such evil…”

Upon seeing Jimmy, the TT completely freaks out. Like, screaming in panic freaking-out as he runs away. Jimmy eventually kills the TT, and then proceeds to have a relatively normal conversation with Sally. Seriously. He asks her, “Oh, hey Sally! *giggles* Long time no see! How are you and Slenderman doing?”

Jimmy never, not even once, outright attacks Sally at all during the video; which, now that you know about their relations, makes sense. The only other person that he attacks is Billy—but I believe that I know the actual reason for this. When Jimmy kills the TT at 12:30, he whispers to the dead body, “It’s good to be back home, isn’t it?” Now, it was revealed later in the FUNNY MUSEUM ROLEPLAY! - Gmod Museum Map (Garry's Mod) video that Billy is in fact the Toilet Toucher in the far future, or possibly from even a separate future or timeline. Jimmy and the Toilet Toucher are known for attacking each other whenever they appear together and are obvious enemies. From this quote from the video, it could be assumed that Jimmy knew who the TT was before he became the TT, which is why he automatically falls into the mindset of attacking Billy whenever he can. He knows who Billy could (or will) become in the future (even though he can’t really do much about it because Billy always comes “back from the dead”). This is actually a really important thing to keep in mind for some of my future GMod theories, which is why I’m mentioning it now.

This brings up questions about HOW Jimmy could’ve possibly known about the TT at this time. Maybe since the TT can time travel, he ran into Jimmy and something happened? A time trip with the two would explain how Jimmy had gotten into Vahl and Cywren’s minds, actually… Or maybe Jimmy could just sense the same energy coming from both characters and figured out that they were one in the same? Truth is, I don’t know which it is for certain at this time. Maybe as more videos go up we can figure out how this part of Billy and Jimmy’s lives works out.

In the same video, Jimmy also says something quite interesting when he’s talking to Sally about Slenderman. Remember how he asks Sally how Slendy’s doing? Well, this that conversation…

Jimmy: Oh, hi Sally! Long time no see! How’s Slenderman doing?

Sally: Oh, he’s nice and all. You know Slender…

Jimmy: Oh he is, is he? *growls to himself quietly* He should be… after that cut I gave him…

I’m getting a… protective big bro vibe from this. I mean, maybe it’s just me, but it’s kind of weird that he’d ask Sally about her boyfriend and then say THAT to himself. Maybe it was a warning cut? Like, “You better be nice to my little sister or I’m gonna give you more than just a simple cut” type of thing. Or, maybe he caught Slendy doing something bad, and had to step in and stop him?

Then I ask you skeptical fans who are still not convinced that the two are related: why would Jimmy even say this if he had no ties to Sally? Why would he care about her relationship with Slender enough to ask about it? Furthermore, why would the Acachalla’s have Jimmy’s phone number in the first place to call him whenever something like this happened?

I wonder if at some point Jimmy found sally again and was just trying to be a good big brother looking out for his sister, however much of a stretch that is.

Either that or this certain event was just about how he was trying to keep all the kids going to his school out of trouble so that they all don’t get hurt by people like P.I.E.. Or both. It’s probably both, now that I think about it… Anyways, Jimmy does tend to be a little more violent when it comes to safety, hence giving Slenderman a warning cut in the firstplace. Maybe it’s a paranormal showcase of power or something? Like, “I’m the boss; listen to me and don’t get us all killed by your stupidity”. Or something like that…

Which actually brings up a good point: Why is Jimmy the head of Creepypasta High school and College? Who would let a seemingly insane half-demon run ANY school of potentially dangerous paranormal beings? Well, truth is, I don’t think he has permission. It is revealed in the Creepypasta College video at 16:01 that the school was an abandoned building. So what was Jimmy doing with those kids?

What if… Jimmy was trying to teach them NOT to be dangerous? Or, maybe he was trying to keep them hidden from people like P.I.E until he could prove that they weren’t dangerous killing machines? Or maybe he was just using the school as an excuse to keep an eye on them because they COULD be dangerous? Or maybe he was training them to fight back AGAINST people like P.I.E. who would try to capture them? Actually, Jimmy trying to teach Sally how to control her demon side while also keeping her at a safe distance where he could run in and help without anyone realizing his secret due to his status as principal/teacher would also explain why Sally apparently lived there with him and the students for a while. This would also explain why, even if she has her moments, Sally has become less and less insane-like over the years since her character was created. The evidence and logic given by the videos points to the idea that he was just trying to help. I would go into further detail about this idea, but I plan on eventually doing a theory about the Creepypasta high school group that should explain it fully.

Another video that I’d like to point out for this theory of a good side to Jimmy is the one titled LOVE! - Gmod Murder Siblings 13. For starters, that’s a strange title, isn’t it? For the entire time he is present in the video, Jimmy could be seen being peaceful, doing whatever he can to NOT let anyone kill the other. We know that it’s him due to his voice and the way he talks about the flowers, calling them beautiful, like he once did in A Mini Minecraft Tale. You can also tell it’s him because of the way he acts.

For those of you who say, “But wasn’t it revealed later that that was Stardust Sprinkleshine?” To which I say, no. The part that I want you all to see happens as Jimmy is DESCRIBING Stardust, which means that Stardust isn’t the character being used at that point in time. The part that I’d like you all to see is written out right here, and it happens at 10:21.

Isaac: *trips and dies* AHHH!!!

Jimmy: *rushes over*…What the heck did you just do?-!

Bethany: *is shot by a scared Cierra who thought she’d killed him* I DIDN’T DO IT!-!-!

Cierra: *is blinded* *runs away blindly*

Jimmy: No! No!  NO! NO! NO! *follows after Bethany* Peace and love, peace and love!-!-!

Everyone else: *is continuously screaming and/or laughing in the background*

Bethany: IT WASN’T ME!!!

Jimmy: *corners Cierra* Are you… are you disrespecting Love?

Cierra: I don’t know, I can’t see! I can’t see! I’m blind!

Jimmy: *pulls out knife* *says slightly more insane/darkly* Are you disrespectingLOVE?-!

Cierra: *blindness wears off**sees Jimmy with knife* AH!!! No, please!!!

Jimmy: I’M GONNA HAVE TO SHOW YOU THE MOST POWERFUL LOVE OF ALL!!!

Cierra: *screams and runs away, but gets blocked in a corner*

Jimmy: THE MOST POWERFUL LOVE OF ALL!!! *kills her*

Tell me, dear readers; why would a psychopathic murderer be so adamant about peacekeeping and love after such a seemingly dangerous track record? I believe that this video serves as a glimpse into what Jimmy is actually trying to achieve. Peace and love. By going around getting rid of all the bad-guys (in this case someone who shot another innocent), Jimmy’s human side believes that he is doing the right thing (meanwhile his demon side doesn’t really care and is only happy that it’s able to kill SOMETHING). Not only that, but if he killed his own family and never really knew the real meaning of love from having one, then it could be safe to assume that he’d unconsciously be looking for something to fill in the gap. Perhaps he uses killing villains as an excuse to get his mind off his own hurt, as a way to let go of his emotional state? The reasoning behind this is, in reality, he wouldn’t be able to keep up this constant killing and running from investigators for long.

He’d eventually get lonely, as everyone does. Could this video be a reference to the point of Jimmy’s life when he finally breaks down in that respect? Could this be a reference to what’s truly going on within Jimmy’s head? Could he finally begin to start feeling again after letting himself slip so easily for so long before this? Can he possibly care about life, including his own and others, again? I believe that just maybe… it could be.

There is also one last thing that I’d like to point out. It relates to the picture that is accompanying this part of the theory. Every VenturianTale fan knows that Yellow Flowers are a symbol of goodness and Red Flowers are a symbol of evil in the VT universe. During an episode in A Mini Minecraft Tale called YELLOW FLOWER ARMY! - Mini Minecraft Tale Ep. 21, Jimmy appears at 21:19 and says, “Stab, stab, stab… making beautiful. Aww… you wanna know my secret? My secret is I love flowers!

What is compelling about this is how adamant Jimmy is on how pretty the flowers are. Before the quote, Jordan slips into Jimmy’s voice and describes the flowers as being very beautiful and “lovely”. It’s as if he’s mesmerized by their beauty and revers them. What’s important is that these flowers are Yellow Flowers. What I find truly amazing about this is that Jimmy is planting these Yellow Flowers, a VT symbol of heroicness and goodness, and says that his secret is that he loves flowers. Yellow Flowers. If we look at what he’s doing in a figurative light, Jimmy could be described as someone who is planting goodness, heroism, curiosity, kindness, hope—basically anything that could be related to the Yellow Flowers.

If that wasn’t a direct indication of something else going on with Jimmy, I don’t know what is. Even symbolically speaking, Jimmy saying that his secret is that he loves Yellow Flowers is like saying his secret is that he loves all things that are good. Goodness is beautiful. Goodness is safe and in his heart it is something that no one will ever be able to take away from him.

This is why, due to the evidence given, I believe that in his heart, Jimmy’s intentions are good, even if they do sometimes get twisted by his darker half. That, my friends, is the truth of Jimmy Casket.

And that's the end of this part of the theory!  Its perhaps the most mind-boggling of the entire theory. I really hope that I didn't leave out anything... I guess if I remember any other pieces of evidence I can always edit this later. Oh! And again, if you see any plot holes, any details about these subjects missing (like more evidence), or if you agree with the theory, let me know in the comments! I want to see what you all think about this...

(Also, notice the sun symbol on Jimmy's knife sheath and the Yellow flower he's holding. These symbols of good are contrasted equally by the five star pentagram on his jacket's upper button/clip near his neck and the obvious 6 that his demon tail is curled into. Symbolism FTWin!!! I am a dummy! )

Jimmy: See? There's your proof! *points to computer screen* *says with a grin* I told you all that I was a good guy.

Me: You're still in a lot of trouble for that stunt, Jimmy.

Jimmy: *laughs* Yeah, but it was COMPLETLY worth it! >8D
